Cancellation Policy

Please call or text (404) 474-7568 as soon as possible for any cancellations or rescheduling. We do not accept cancellations via email or any messaging through social media.

We request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time must reschedule their treatment and will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee, with no exceptions.
