Meet the "K" to our Kontour, Karishma Lakhani, MSHS, PA-C. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Karishma is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA) and the founder of and lead injector at Kontour Medical Spa, where the artistry of aesthetic medicine meets heartfelt, personalized care.
With over seven years of experience in the field, Karishma combines her passion for aesthetics with advanced anatomical knowledge to deliver exceptional results tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Education
Karishma embarked on her academic journey at Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Driven by a passion for aesthetic medicine, she further pursued her Master of Science in Health Sciences at The George Washington University under the tutelage of some of the nation’s leading cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
Karishma's dedication to excellence shines through in her expertise. Trained in both otorhinolaryngology and facial plastic surgery, Karishma specializes in crafting full facial rejuvenation plans utilizing a comprehensive toolbox of techniques. This includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation treatments, and medical-grade skincare.

Karishma combines her artistic ability and surgical expertise to safely deliver intricate, refined results to her patients. Her goal for rejuvenating each patient's appearance focuses on enhancing the underlying foundation of their unique features, prioritizing enhancement over alteration. In addition to working as an injector, Karishma is also a private trainer, where she shares her knowledge and techniques with other medical professionals looking to gain and advance their practice.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Karishma finds joy in life's simple pleasures. As a passionate foodie, she loves exploring diverse cuisines and immersing herself in new cultures through travel.
